Breathwork Class
The root chakra houses our connection to our family, home, community, and to the earth itself. It also connects us to our sense of groundedness, and to our feelings and experiences of safety, security, and stability.
During this class, we will experience 30 minutes of guided breathwork followed by a guided meditation to release any issues related to this chakra. Learn to remove blocks and instill positive energy.
